ACS conceptualizes and realizes solutions in the environment of q.address. These solutions encompass small additions to the q.address Integrations (customizing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV (Navision), SAP ERP and CRM) up to extensive own solutions.

As q.address is a standardized product, we will, however, not individually change q.address itself. This ensures that q.address can be serviced and updated at any time. Yet, what happens relatively often is that we use customer wishes as an opportunity to realize upgrades which were originally planned to be realized at a later stage or not yet at all. So we are always glad to get to know your wishes!

Projects need to be clearly outlined. And we are happy to help preparing and formulating these projects. This normally also allows us to process your order at fixed prices, which gives you clarity. Though, we do not offer programming support (“Customer on site”/“Body leasing”).
